Effective Date: 9 September 2025

By joining the Prime Scale Media Partner Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

This program is open to e-commerce coaches, agencies, and community owners with active students or members. Approval is at our sole discretion.

2. How the Program Works

• You refer students or clients to Prime Scale Media BV.
  
  
  

• We set up their agency-level ad accounts and/or fulfillment.
  
  
  

• You receive a revenue share on eligible fees as defined in this agreement.
  
  
  

3. Revenue Share & Payouts

• Revenue share: up to 50% of eligible fees (startup and recurring fees where applicable).
  
  
  

• Payout schedule:
  
  
  

  • Startup fees: weekly or instant payouts (subject to verification).
    
    
    

  • Recurring monthly fees: around the 4th of each month.
    
    
    

• Minimum payout threshold: €50.
  
  
  

• Payout methods: bank transfer or Wise (details must be provided by partner).
  
  
  

4. No Guarantee of Earnings

Earnings depend on the number and quality of referrals. We make no guarantee of specific income.

5. Partner Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Promote Prime Scale Media truthfully and ethically.
  
  
  

• Avoid misleading claims about earnings or performance.
  
  
  

• Avoid spam or illegal marketing practices.
  
  
  

Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Termination & Cancellation

• You may cancel participation at any time by contacting us.
  
  
  

• Prime Scale Media BV reserves the right to terminate participation immediately for breach of terms, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
  
  
  

7. Communication

Official communications will be made primarily via WhatsApp and/or email. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prime Scale Media BV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
